“İbrahim Ağa Primary School”, built by Baran Çoktin in Dogubayazit Çiftlik village, was inaugurated with a ceremony. Governor of Ağrı Dr. Mehmet Tekinarslan, Doğubayazit Kaymakamı Karahan Daştan, Ağrı Defterdarı Nazım Kaya, Provincial Director of National Education Fatih Başak, Provincial Director of National Education Fatih Başak, İl Şağlık Müştan for the opening of “İbrahim Ağa Primary School” built by BC Group Board Chairman Baran Çoktin, one of our businessmen from Dogubayazit Chairman of Provincial Assembly Kenan Alkan, Deputy Mayor of Doğubayazit Municipality Ekrem Müftüoğlu, Councillors, Representatives of Civil Society Organizations, Corporate Directors, BC Group President Baran Çoktin, Ömer Çoktin, Bisar Çoktin, Businessmen İbrahim Çoktin, Mehmet Çoktin, Ahmet Köroğlu, Ahmet Alkan and a large number of Orientalists participated.
Speaking at the opening, Governor of Ağrı Mehmet Tekinarslan stated that significant investments have been made in the area of education in the district and thanked the Çoktin family, the businessman who built a school for the education of students, and all those who invested in this issue. Businessman Çoktin, on the other hand, in his speech, stressed that he is happy that the school will be in service, stating that they will continue to make such investments and wished him well.
The Governor and other invitees, who attended the ceremony after the speeches, cut the opening ribbon, conducted examinations at the school. After the opening ceremony, the school was toured, after which the guests were given food at the Butik Ertur Hotel.
BC Group Chairman Baran Çoktin and his brothers built “Hasan Çoktin Cumhuriyet Primary School” in the district center in 2010.
