Project Description:
Within the scope of this project, a total of 424 apartments were built. The apartments are designed and built in accordance with modern housing standards. The total construction area of the project is 69,960 square meters, and various social facilities and infrastructure works are also included in the project.
Project Scope:
- Apartments: Within the scope of the project, 424 apartments were built. These apartments are of different sizes and types, equipped with modern architectural and interior design elements so that families can lead a comfortable and comfortable life.
- Social Facilities: In the project, various social facilities have been built in order to meet the social needs of the residents. Facilities such as swimming pools, gyms, children's playgrounds, meeting rooms and recreation areas serve the residents of the site. These social spaces have both increased the social interactions of the residents and promoted a healthy lifestyle.
- Infrastructure Works: Infrastructure works, an important component of the project, have also been successfully completed. Basic infrastructure services such as water, electricity, sewerage and communications were provided, and transportation and landscaping were carried out on site, such as roads, parking areas and landscaping.

The project was completed as a result of 18 months of work in total. During this time, all construction and infrastructure works have been successfully completed.
Location:
This project, carried out in Erbil, Iraq, is located in a rapidly developing and modernizing region. The project met the housing need of the region and improved the quality of life.
When the project was completed, a modern and comfortable living space was offered in Erbil. A significant contribution to the housing needs of the region has been provided, social facilities and solid infrastructure services have been provided to the residents with high living standards. This project was developed by S&M Group and Vins Construction & Engineering Co. ' It was implemented as a result of a successful collaboration.
