A total of 135 villas of three different types will be built as the first phase of the project. The first phase of the project, which is planned to build a total of 520 villas, will be completed on February 22, 2025.
In this project, BCM ULUS.MAD.İNŞ.SAN VE TİC.A.Ş. acts as the main contractor and the project uses advanced construction techniques, modern architectural designs and high quality materials. The client, AMJAD MAHD AL-DAFIDAIN, aims to provide a new and contemporary living space in Basra through the realization of this project.
The villas that will take part in the project are designed in different types and sizes, each of which is planned to meet the needs of modern living.
