Project Description:
Within the scope of this project, the university campus was built, which has a total construction area of 32,000 square meters. The campus is designed to offer modern educational facilities and includes a variety of academic and social facilities.
Project Scope:
- Academic Buildings: Within the scope of the project, academic buildings consisting of various faculties, laboratories, libraries and classrooms were built. These buildings are equipped with modern educational facilities to meet the needs of students and academic staff.
- Social Facilities: The campus includes social facilities such as student dormitories, dining hall, gymnasium, conference halls and recreation areas. These facilities are designed to meet both academic and social needs of students.
- Infrastructure Works: All necessary infrastructure works were also completed during the construction of the campus. These infrastructure works include basic services such as water, electricity, sewerage and communication lines. In addition, road, parking, and landscaping have also been made around the campus.

- Start Date: October 2, 2008
- End Date: April 12, 2010
The project was completed as a result of 18 months of work in total. During this time, all construction and infrastructure works have been successfully completed, and the university campus is ready for operation.
Location:
This university campus project located in Duhok, Iraq was carried out to meet the educational needs of the region. Designed as a modern and accessible educational facility, the campus offers high quality educational facilities to the people of the region.
When the project was completed, a modern and fully equipped university campus was put into service in Duhok. This campus meets the educational need of the region and offers a high standard of educational service. With the completion of the project, the educational quality of Newroz University has been improved and a significant contribution has been made to the region.
