Project Description:Modon Stage.1 Part-1 Finishes and MEP Works project is a modern residential development project located in Baghdad. This project covers the interior and exterior finishes of residential buildings and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works. The project aims to provide modern and comfortable living spaces to improve the quality of life in Baghdad.
The project started on February 7, 2022 and was successfully completed on July 31, 2023. In this project, which lasted a total of 540 days, M/s MODON FOR REAL-ESTATE DEVELOPMENT CO. was involved as a customer and BCM ULUS.MAD.INŞ.SAN VE TİC.A.Ş. undertook all construction and MEP works as the main contractor.
The goal of the project is to provide safe and comfortable living spaces in Baghdad, using high-quality materials and modern construction techniques. Finishing works carried out within the scope of the project have increased the aesthetic and functional value of the buildings. In addition, energy efficiency and sustainability of buildings have been achieved through MEP studies.
By successfully completing this project, BCM ULUS.MAD.İNŞ.SAN VE TİC.A.Ş., made a significant contribution to the residential sector in Baghdad and provided high-quality living spaces. The project has been an important step in meeting modern living standards and meeting the need for housing in the region.
