Project Description: BAGHDAD RESIDENCES GREEN ZONE project is completed as a large-scale residential complex of 542 apartments in central Baghdad. The project was requested by SIGMA Construction and was successfully built by BCM ULUS.MAD.İNŞ.SAN VE TİC.A.Ş.
The project, which started on February 1, 2018, was completed on February 1, 2020 and took 731 days. Within the scope of the project, 145,000 m² of construction area, social areas and necessary infrastructure works were carried out.
This project met the need for housing in the city by offering modern and comfortable living spaces in Baghdad and BCM ULUS.MAD.İNŞ.SAN VE TİC.A.Ş. ' has once again proven its competence in the construction sector.
