Project Description:Al Fourqan City Project is a large-scale residential development project located in the AL BALADIYAT district of Baghdad. The project involves the construction of a residential tower consisting of modern and smart residential units. Equipped with smart home technologies, these residences aim to provide their residents with a comfortable and safe living space.
The project started on August 4, 2024 and is scheduled to be completed on August 10, 2026. In this project, which will last a total of 900 days, BCM INTERNATIONAL CO. is involved as a customer and BCM ULUS.MAD.İNŞ.SAN VE TİC.A.Ş. undertakes all construction, piling, superstructure and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works as the main contractor.
The aim of the project is to build energy-efficient and sustainable housing in accordance with modern living standards. Thanks to smart home systems, residents are offered a living space where residents can optimize their energy consumption and control their homes remotely. In addition, the durability and safety of buildings are maximized with the quality materials and advanced construction techniques used in the project.
BCM ULUS.MAD.İNŞ.SAN VE TİC.A.Ş., by successfully completing this project, aims to make a significant contribution to modern residential projects in Baghdad. When the project is completed, it will meet the need for housing in the area and offer its residents a high standard of living.
